Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNHope marketing website and user panel. It explains what information is processed to provide subscription services, why it is used, and how it is managed. Third-party payment pages and other external websites are governed by their own privacy policies. Please review their notices before submitting information.
Account Information and Order Records
VPNHope does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required to register or start using the service. Account information is used to verify identity, manage subscriptions, provide access to client software, and handle account-related requests.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm payments, activate service, reconcile accounts, and handle refunds. Traffic usage and subscription status are used for billing and to display account benefits; they are not used to infer browsing activity.
When you submit a support ticket, the service processes the issue description and attachments you provide. Submit only information needed to investigate the issue. Do not upload passwords, complete subscription links, or sensitive payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Diagnostics
VPNHope follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, access content, or DNS query records, or create a list of destinations linked to an account.
The service does not persist per-connection logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Temporary session state needed to provide connections is used only while the service is running and is released when the session ends. Account traffic totals are used for billing and do not include specific destinations.
Operational diagnostics are limited to service errors and aggregate status and do not collect communication content. Troubleshooting materials submitted by users are handled with their support tickets. Once an issue is resolved, materials that are no longer needed for troubleshooting are not retained.
Visit Statistics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and button usage. They may involve page addresses, visit times, browser types, and device categories. This information is used to improve the website and detect anomalies, not to build a browsing history during network acceleration.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Account authentication credentials should not be copied or shared.
You can restrict cookies in your browser settings or clear this site's local storage. After clearing it, you may need to log in again, and your language preference may return to its default. When finished using a shared device, log out and clear site data as needed.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or payment network. VPNHope receives the transaction result needed to confirm an order and does not ask for the login password to a third-party payment account.
How third parties process payment information is governed by their own rules. To reconcile an order or resolve a transaction issue, the service provides only the information needed for that purpose. When disclosure is legally required, it is handled in accordance with applicable requirements and is not broader than necessary.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained for the necessary period to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Visit statistics are retained only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated. There is no universal retention period unrelated to purpose.
To access, correct, or delete account information, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. The service will first verify account ownership. Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and future use, so please consider this before submitting a request.
Records that must be retained by law or because a transaction remains unresolved will be restricted to the relevant purpose. A deletion request is not a refund request. For service rules, see the Terms of Service.
Policy Updates and Questions
Revisions to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to data use, processing scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Matters requiring consent will be handled separately in accordance with applicable requirements.
If you have questions about how information is processed or about a deletion request, describe the matter in a support ticket through the user panel. The service will review your request and provide the outcome through that ticket.
