Connection and everyday use
Start with the region your go-to services require, then compare how each route performs in practice. VPNHope brings route selection, client apps and plans together in one user dashboard, making it easy to switch between everyday browsing, remote work and streaming.
A single peak speed test won't tell you how a route performs throughout the evening. VPNHope offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections, so you can compare options by region and use case. On your usual network, open the sites you need and check page loads, video buffering and long-running connections before settling on a regular route. If performance changes, check your local network first, then try another route in the same region; don't assume a brief fluctuation means you've run out of data. Route types and available options are listed in the user dashboard.
VPNHope highlights quantum encryption for security, but good everyday account management still matters. No email address is required; get started with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and choose a unique password for your account. Treat subscription links like account credentials: don't post them in public forums or let strangers import them for you. Encryption doesn't replace the security of the websites you visit, so check the site address and your sign-in status when accessing important services.
Use your work computer, personal computer and mobile devices on their respective platforms. VPNHope allows unlimited simultaneous connections. Apps are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, so there's no need to find a new subscription when you switch devices. Keep in mind that device count and data allowance are separate: all connected devices draw from the same plan allowance. Before streaming for hours, syncing files or downloading large items, check your remaining data in the dashboard and review background apps so automatic updates aren't mistaken for a route issue.
Tools, streaming and usage policies
A connection is just the starting point. Regional restrictions, account eligibility and your local network can all affect your experience. Consider these factors before choosing an international exit.
Being able to open ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini doesn't necessarily mean you can use every feature with your account. VPNHope provides cross-border connection routes, but each platform sets its own supported regions, account eligibility and paid features. Before getting started, check that your chosen exit region works with the service, then confirm you can sign in and use chat. For long conversations, file processing or remote collaboration, try to stay on the same regional exit to avoid session changes from switching routes. For more detailed guidance, see our AI guide.
Netflix, HBO and other streaming catalogs vary by region, account and licensing arrangements. Before choosing a route, check which region the content is available in, then judge by actual playback; a region label isn't a promise that every route will work. High-resolution streaming also depends on your local Wi-Fi, device decoding capabilities and subscription tier. If a page loads but playback stutters, try lowering the quality, pausing background downloads and comparing other routes in the same region. The VPNHope streaming guide covers these checks in order.
When choosing a subscription service, compare the price, data rules and refund policy. VPNHope offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy and accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After reviewing the plans, check your actual needs on your usual devices and at the times you normally use them rather than relying on the homepage alone. If the connection doesn't meet your expectations, try the troubleshooting guide or submit a ticket through the user dashboard to describe the issue and ask about a refund. Read the Terms of Service for full details. Include relevant order information with your request to help us review it.

For everyday browsing, start with a region supported by the site you want to visit. For tools and streaming services with regional requirements, check the platform's rules first. A shorter geographic distance doesn't always mean a better route: relay locations, cross-border links and local carriers all affect performance. Once you've chosen a region, compare its routes; this usually makes it easier to pinpoint issues than switching repeatedly between regions.
IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections describe how traffic is routed; they aren't a speed ranking that applies to every network. Compare page loads and task completion on the sites you use. To learn more about protocol trade-offs and congestion, read our Protocol Guide.
Client downloads
Sign in to the user dashboard to access your subscription. Sign in to download clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux; the iOS download link is available under the applicable plan conditions. All platform links lead to the user dashboard.
In the dashboard, confirm your device's platform and follow the instructions to get the right client. Once it's installed, return to the dashboard to get your subscription and import it as directed. Installation and importing are separate steps: installation prepares the connection app, while the subscription provides it with available routes. Don't add another account's subscription to your configuration, and never show your full subscription details in public screenshots.
After importing, update the subscription and choose a region suited to your target service. Then open a site you use regularly to check the connection. If the client says it's connected but an app still can't access a service, check that the app is using the expected connection method, then compare the route region with the platform's requirements. If you change computers or reinstall the client, you can get your subscription again from the same dashboard. For the full setup process, see the User Guide. If you need help, submit a dashboard ticket with your platform, route region and error details. Don't include your password or full subscription link.
Monthly plans and pay-as-you-go data
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. Choose a data allowance based on how often you use the service, not just the number of devices.
¥9.9/month
A good fit for web browsing, research and text-based tools, with an eye on data usage.
¥18/month
For everyday work, AI tools and streaming, with data usage tracked as you go.
¥28/month
Suited to frequent file transfers and streaming; check your actual usage to see if it's enough.
If you regularly use international websites, collaborative documents or AI tools, tracking monthly data can help you plan your budget. A plan allowance doesn't translate directly into viewing time: video quality, webpage assets, file sizes and background activity all affect usage. When choosing a plan, list your main tasks and then adjust based on usage records in the dashboard. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not on the first day of the calendar month. Check your activation date when reviewing your data.
Data packs suit people who want to pay for actual usage but don't know when they'll next connect. Never expires means the data pack lasts until used; it isn't the same as the monthly reset on a subscription plan. Compare price, data allowance and usage frequency together rather than looking only at the total allowance. If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through its term, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the details shown in the dashboard before confirming; don't assume this adds bonus data.
VPNHope accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT, and offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Get started with a username and password; no email address is required. The plans page lists all tiers, billing methods and frequently asked questions, making it easy to compare your options. If you're not sure what you need, read the user guide and route information first, then consider your usual devices and the sites you want to access. Plan data allowances help you manage usage; they don't include memberships to destination services or replace those services' paid subscriptions.
