About VPNHope

Our Service, Routes and Privacy

Cross-border access and everyday connectivity

VPNHope is a subscription service for cross-border connectivity, designed for everyday browsing, remote work, AI tools and streaming. It covers 120+ countries and 250+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, and allows unlimited simultaneous devices.

When choosing a plan, consider how often you’ll use the service: explore a monthly subscription for regular use, or a data package that never expires for occasional use. See the plans page for pricing and data terms.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Choose routes based on the destination service’s regional requirements and actual connection performance—not distance alone. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections each suit different needs. Test connectivity during your usual usage hours, then keep the routes that work best for you.

If you have connection issues, first check your plan status and refresh your subscription. Then note your platform, route and any error message, and report the issue through a support ticket. Be sure to hide your password and subscription credentials. Billing terms are clear, and a 60-day no-questions-asked refund is available; see the Terms of Service for details.

No Logs and Minimal Data Collection

VPNHope follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. No email address is required to use an account—just a username and password. We collect only the information needed to manage accounts, process orders and provide troubleshooting support.

Quantum encryption helps protect connections. Keep your account password and subscription link secure, too. When reporting an issue, share only the information needed to troubleshoot it. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
